This easy-to-make, recipe for Rolo Stuffed Ritz is a fun one that kids can make. My kids love to be in the kitchen, and this one is a big hit. It’s not too messy, clean up is a breeze, and the end result is the perfect snack-size treat for little hands. Try baking with your kids today!

The thing that I really love about this recipe is that it’s peanut-allergy friendly for my kiddo. Rolos are one of the few chocolates she can eat (that can be purchased at a normal grocery store LOL).

Ingredients:

Ritz

Rolos

How to Make:

Lay out a layer of Ritz crackers on a cookie sheet, salt side down.

Place 1 Rolo in the center of each cracker.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes. You just want them to melt and become soft.

Then take another cracker and place on top of the Rolo and push down.

Serve and enjoy this salty and sweet treat!

Note: You can make as many or as little as you want. So make as many of these ROLO STUFFED RITZ as you want at one time!
